{1} Kate Middleton's outfits never cease to amaze me! While watching the Olympics, Kate wore a cobalt blue denim with a simple polo shirt.  I love how the bold color of the denim enhances the bright white of the simple polo shirt. She completes her look with simple, navy wedges.

{2} This is a look that Emma Roberts sported while shooting a cover for Teen Vogue in April 2009. I love how she pairs her printed shorts with a knitted blue sweater and a polka dot headband.

{1} Jessica Alba, dubbed the "Queen of color-blocking" by People Magazine for her amazing capability to mix and match different hues, opted for a simple white polka dot dress and adds a pop of color with her orange espadrilles. 

{2} Miranda Kerr makes another fashion statement in floral pants, which she pairs with nude heels and a simple gray shirt. 

{3} For the Berlin Film Festival, Diane Kruger wore this Vionnet dress. I love the long, structured pleats and the black detailing on the halter and waistline.{4} I love these cake toppers found on Style Me Pretty! So adorable.{5}  I love this table setting because I am amazed at the florist's ability to mix and match different colored flowers for the centerpieces. I also like the ruffled edges of the plates.

{1} If there's one person who knows how to take a trend and make it her own, it's Olivia Palermo. She pairs a bright printed dress with a lightweight neon green sweater, and ties the look together with neutral flats and a belt. She avoids being matchy-matchy with a light blue chain purse. 

{2} This is one of my favorite looks of Miranda Kerr while she is out and about with baby Flynn. (Isn't he the cutest?) She takes the floral trend to a whole new level. She pairs a white patterned floral blouse with floral denim shorts, and tops her look off with neutral gladiators and a fedora.

{3} This summer look was featured on Fabsugar, one of my favorite fashion websites, and goes to show that the black and white trend doesn't have to be boring! This well-dressed gal pairs a light chiffon blouse with black leather shorts and adds a pop of color with pastel blue wedges. 

{4} This French twist is a pretty way to tie your hair up this summer. The best thing about this look is that it doesn't have to be perfect -- loose, face framing strands are encouraged! 

{5} This photo was taken by "The Image is Found," a husband and wife photography team.  I love how they use the concept of overlay to combine their pictures together. The repeated images gradually fade away against the background of the sea.

I have a newfound love for Pinterest! The website itself has a very clean layout that's easy to work with, and the "Pin it" button (that I've installed as a bookmark) is very handy -- any time I see a picture I like, I pin it, and the website is recorded so that I can go back to it later. Once a week, I'd like to share a few of my favorite pins.

{#1} I love Dianna Agron's outfit here! Her maxi skirt is so pretty. I love everything about it -- the neutral color, the material, the length, the pleats. The crisp button-down compliments the skirt very well, and her boots give her ensemble a subtle touch of edginess. This outfit is a perfect mix of edgy meets prep.

{#2} Winter white is trendy right now, and I thought J.crew took this trend and styled it very well with a chunky chain necklace and belt.

{#3} This is a photo taken by Max Wanger. I love how he uses forced perspective to create the illusion that his subjects are minuscule against the big, blue sky.

{#4} This is a wedding cake that I repinned from Nina Garcia. Isn't it simply gorgeous?

 {#5} These pictures are from a fairytale-like wedding that was featured on Style Me Pretty. The styling and the photography are breathtaking.
